Juice - pre workout drink


Hello friends, now it's time for juice. I am drinking this juice after 90 minutes of my First meal of the day. This is also perfect pre workout drink. I drink this juice before 20 minutes of my workout. Nothing to worry about, whether you do exercise or not you can have this drink. The king ingredient of this drink is beetroot. This drink is a combination of carrot juice, beetroot juice, mint and lemon.
First of all let's cover benefits of beetroot. Beetroot juice contains betalains, is a type of antioxidant that helps to relax the mind and also prevents oxidative stress.
