Juice - pre workout drink

Hello friends, now it's time for juice. I am drinking this juice after 90 minutes of my  First meal of the day. This is also perfect pre workout drink. I drink this juice before 20 minutes of my workout. Nothing to worry about, whether you do exercise or not you can have this drink. The king ingredient of this drink is beetroot. Hello guys, after the first morning drink of the day here comes our first meal of the day which is oatmeal and fruits. Usually the fruits used in this Meal are banana and apple. It is a good and balanced meal. Let's see the benefits of the meal. First ingredient is banana. It contains high amount of potassium which helps to improve blood circulation due to which fluid hold by our body is balanced. Banana reduces blood clots also. It contains enough natural sugar and carbohydrates which is a good source of energy, especially after the workout it is very helpful in refilling muscle glycogen level. Morning drink (green tea, leamon & apple cider vinegar)

Hello guys, this is the information my morning drink. My day starts with a cup of green tea with 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and lemon in it. First of all let's see about green tea. It is made from the leaves of Camellia sinesis, which has tons of benefits. Green tea is an anticancer drink, it helps in protection against liver cancer, lungs cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, skin cancer. Basically it helps in preventing the formation of tumor in body. Green tea is high in antioxidants also, it it is good for heart, immune system and also good for patients of diabetes and blood pressure. Green tea is a good kickstart in the morning because it contains 2 to 4 percent of caffeine in it which help in improvising the focus and concentration level of brain. I use Apple Cider Vinegar in my drink because it does not allow insulin to spike instantly which ultimately helps in controlling blood sugar level.
