Morning drink (green tea, leamon & apple cider vinegar)
Hello guys, this is the information my morning drink. My day starts with a cup of green tea with 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and lemon in it.
First of all let's see about green tea. It is made from the leaves of Camellia sinesis, which has tons of benefits. Green tea is an anticancer drink, it helps in protection against liver cancer, lungs cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, skin cancer. Basically it helps in preventing the formation of tumor in body. Green tea is high in antioxidants also, it it is good for heart, immune system and also good for patients of diabetes and blood pressure. Green tea is a good kickstart in the morning because it contains 2 to 4 percent of caffeine in it which help in improvising the focus and concentration level of brain.
I use Apple Cider Vinegar in my drink because it does not allow insulin to spike instantly which ultimately helps in controlling blood sugar level. Apple cider vinegar also helps in removing the bacteria, infection and fungus from body. It helps to lower the blood pressure of body also. It does not allow LDL cholesterol or we can say bad cholesterol to oxidize our body.
Most of the people say that by including green tea or lemon helps them in fat loss and weight loss but it is not true, it's there calorie deficit diet and workout which help them to do so. What this drink does is detoxify your body. The unhealthy eating habits and polluted air toxify our body, over the time due to these toxins present in our body can cause different problem like cholesterol, thyroid problem and also has adverse effect on our insulin and many other. So it is very necessary to have antioxidants in your diet. I also recommend to add Vitamin C or lemon in green tea for better detoxification. As our organs get detoxify then it will work more efficiently, our absorption of nutrients from diet will improve. Good supply of nutrients to body always give good result whether we want to lose fat or we want to build muscles. It's not only about losing fat or building muscles it's about a long and healthy life also. This drink is not as good according to taste so you can add Honey also. Just start having this drink in morning when your stomach is empty on regular basis, after 4 to 5 days your body will get habitual to it.
